We need deco for when it opens forges and such.

70 Wall frame (Have 16)

55 Floor framing
40 Metal support
35 Door frame
30 Window frame

We will also need money for the land which I will price later

Here are is what each of the above breaks down into:

13,000 Logs = 260 Wood Joists Done
10,500 Iron Ingots = 210 Cinderblocks
3000 Planks = 100 Wood Trausses Done
5100 Thrallenite Ingots = 85 Reinforcing Bars
10,500 Fine Wood Planks = 70 Wall Frames
4875 Brimidian Ingots = 65 Support Plates
4950 Heartwood Planks = 55 Floor Framings
2000 Enchanted Brimidian = 40 Metal Supports
1400 Talenite Ingots = 35 Door Frames
1200 Greater Heartwood Planks = 30 Window Frames

As you can see, we need a lot. Those figures are assuming that every attempt at creating the item works, so figure on collecting a little extra of everything.

If anyone has any materials or gold they wish to donate for the guild hall you can give them to either Thandiel, Gurthrog or Gwenevieve.
Items to stock up the vaults can either be kept by yourself or given to one of us for storage until we have vaults to stock.
