DFD Blacklist

This is the place to keep track of people who we know are bad people/players. Rudeness may not really count since everyone can have a bad day, but someone who is rude all the time counts. 
Anyone who has looted you, gotten you killed, scammed you, etc., write em down.
If nothing else, we can make sure these people don't end up in our guild.
